Every teacher and staff member at Beaches Hot Yoga and Broadview Hot Yoga is dedicated to creating a welcoming space where you can feel supported, challenged, and inspired. bhy is home to one of the most experienced and diverse teams of hot yoga, strength, and movement instructors in Toronto, representing all ages, all bodies, and all backgrounds, united by a shared commitment to empowering you through the heat, the cold, and the breath.
With decades of combined experience, our teaching team is highly trained and deeply seasoned across hot yoga, hot HIIT, Ignited 45, barre, Yin, and functional movement. Many of our instructors have taught thousands of classes and guided countless students on their journey, from absolute beginners to lifelong practitioners. And every bhy instructor practices at the studio. We live this practice. We teach what we do.
