Waitlists

If a class is full, don’t sweat it, join the waitlist. Spots often open up, and you’ll be automatically added when one becomes available. You’ll receive an email or app notification once you’ve been moved into class.

Arrive Early

Doors open 30 minutes before class. Arriving early gives you time to check in, hydrate, and settle into the heat. Classes begin right on time - late comers are not permitted once the room is in motion.

Late Cancels + No-Shows

If you can’t make it, please cancel at least six hours before class begins to keep your credit and avoid a $20 late-cancel / no-show fee. Managing your schedule helps everyone get their sweat in and keeps the bhy energy flowing.
